Most of the mental health issues are caused because of “Fear.” Fear is “false evidence appearing real”. It is a counterfeit emotion that robs human beings of their true peace and power. Fear robs people of love, power, and a sound mind. Once you are fearful, that emotion creates other thoughts, such as failure, death, worry and so on. These then cause emotional clutter. When all these negative emotions release their spiritual energy, this energy circulates through “your mental real estate”. Now your mental state becomes confused and loses its power. That’s when you now decide you have mental health issues.
DBUMBT submits that the root cause of mental health issues is fear. Fear brings in other emotions. These emotions cause mental confusion and emotional clutter, which leave a person feeling helpless, hopeless and depressed.
